With the increasing awareness of the importance of safe and nutritious food, our graduates are in strong demand. In association with the Hong Kong Baptist University, School of Continuing Education (HKBU-SCE), this program is suitable for students who have completed studies at Associate Degree level.
Admission to the program is managed by Hong Kong Baptist University in collaboration with the University of South Australia. Students entering this program would normally be expected to achieve up to 12 courses (54 units) credit into the program. There is one intake per year in September and the program is delivered over 3 study periods. Students would normally be expected to complete program requirements in 12 months. Students may attend a graduation ceremony or presentation of awards ceremony In Adelaide or Hong Kong. The Hong Kong ceremony can be attended in the November following the standard completion date.
