'This program is diverse, dynamic and also very flexible. It is challenging but rewarding because it can open up many pathways to a career in business.
Career workshops and information evenings help students build industry contacts and make the transition from academia to working life smoother. You get to build strong relationships with not only your fellow students but also the staff members who are always willing to help out and share their industry experience.
I enjoy the range of subjects, including economics, accounting, finance, law, marketing and management etc and also being able to choose electives related to our interests.
When I graduate I would like to start off working in an accounting firm, and complete further studies to become a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and then hopefully work in corporate finance.'
