Overview

With awareness of food and nutrition importance high, our graduates are in strong demand. This program prepares you to work in the health and food industry developing innovative foods, improve global food and nutrition security, promoting and managing diets and lifestyles for optimum health and conducting research for enhanced wellbeing.

You will have the chance to choose between two streams – nutrition or food science. The first two years of the program explore both streams through studies in fundamental sciences linked to food and nutrition, health studies, food sciences and human nutrition. In the third year, subjects focus on your chosen stream.
