Systems Development, or software lifecycle involves the process from conception to maintenance of a piece of software. In this minor, you will begin with an introductory course on computer programming to give you the fundamentals skills in software development. System Analysis and Systems Design will follow and will outline the processes and procedures involved in ensuring the customer is getting what they ask for and that the software is designed correctly. Finally a course in IT project management will provide you the skills to keep the project on time and on budget.
